    Set up an appointment on Tuesday with me for a 3 to 6 pm repair to my dryer on Wed.
    Call me at 12 pm on Wed saying they did not have a GE repair person on staff and needed to cancel. I took the day off to be here for this repair..

    I took I have lost a days pay, and can't get anyone before Christmas to do the repair.

    If they knew they did not have a GE person on staff, they should have told me and I could have found another repair shop for my dryer. Now I am out not only the cost of the repair but losing a days pay also.

    They have lost any future business with me and I will not recommend them to anyone.

    RICHWOOD APPLIANCE REPAIR SUCKS BIGTIME!
